EE Times Announces 2009 ACE Awards Winners

  --  Student of the Year: David Yanoshak, Senior EE Student & Intern,
      University of Texas - Austin

  --  Lifetime Achievement Award, Chung-Mou 'Morris' Chang, Ph.D., Founding
      Chairman, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company
