UBM Electronics Bolsters its Management Team with Brand Leaders; Positions its Electronics Brands for Excellence in the Global Electronics Marketplace

UBM Electronics management team brand leaders are:
- Alexander Wolfe has been promoted to Brand Director, EE Times. In this role, Wolfe will be responsible for overseeing the EE Times' portfolio of brands, including EE Times print and online, EE Times Designlines, EE Times Confidential, EBN, and EE Life. Wolfe will also be responsible for all Community Activation Platform (CAP) sites and EE Times University. In addition, the EE Times, Designlines, EBN, and CAP site editors will report to Wolfe. Wolfe will report to Karen Field, SVP, Content, UBM Electronics.
- Patrick Mannion has been promoted to Brand Director, EDN, Test & Measurement World, and Embedded.com. In this role, Mannion will be responsible for overseeing EDN and Test & Measurement World print and online, and Embedded.com. He also will be closely involved in UBM Electronics' portfolio of education and training products, including fundamentals, white papers, and webinars. Additionally, the EDN and Test & Measurement World editors will report to Mannion. Mannion will report to Field.
- Rich Nass has returned to UBM Electronics as Brand Director, Design News. In this role, Nass will be responsible for Design News print and online, the Sensors in Design event launched this year at DESIGN West, and collaborating with UBM Canon's event team on new initiatives. Nass will also be closely involved in UBM Electronics' education and training initiatives, including the Continuing Education Center on Design News. The Design News editors will report to Nass, and Nass will report to Field.
In addition, UBM Electronics has created a new global editorial position. Junko Yoshida has become EE Times Chief International Correspondent. In this role, Yoshida will be responsible for the overall global expansion of the EE Times brand and presence, both editorial and events, with a strong emphasis on China, where the power base of the electronics industry is increasingly shifting. Yoshida will work closely with UBM Electronics joint venture partners and will also lead the content strategy for EE Times conferences. Yoshida will report to Wolfe.
