In keeping with its 18-year history, the Software Development Conference & Expo (SD West 2005) is again assembling the hottest companies in software development at the Santa Clara Convention Center, March 14-18th. Led by IBM, Intel, and Microsoft, the event's expo floor is sold out and will be filled with leading technology vendors displaying their latest tools, technologies and software applications.

Exhibitors presenting new products at SD West 2005 include the following:
AccuRev will showcase a new version of its award-winning SCM tool, which overcomes the inadequacies of file-based branch and label tools.
Atlassin will unveil JIRA 3.1 -- the Professional Issue Tracker. This is the latest release of Atlassian's professional issue tracking application; it contains over 80 new features, fixes and improvements.
Catalyst will introduce Openmake 6.31, this new release includes improvements for building native Java and Microsoft .Net applications. It also includes IBM's "Ready for Rational" Certification along with the support of an Eclipse 3.0 plug-in.
FarPoint Technologies, Inc. will be demonstrating their new version of Spread for Web Forms, the award winning world class control for ASP.NET development. They will also be demonstrating their new version of Spread for Windows Forms.
Klocwork will be giving the first public demonstration of the newest addition to its product suite at SD West 2005. This new product will provide customers a new level of visibility into what is really happening during their development process.
Protexis will unveil Publisher Services a hosted, one-stop solution designed specifically to support the software sales cycle. The platform includes products and services such as e-commerce, registration and trial-enablement and licensing.
Providence Software will demonstrate its new XVT Enterprise cross-platform development tool, called DSE, which adds support for database development. Also shown will be a new configuration that enables existing XVT applications to be launched and executed over the Web through a simple recompilation process.
Rally Software Development Corp. will introduce Rally Release 5. Rally's on-demand subscription service marries agile project management with tracking of requirements, test cases and defects to give teams the project visibility and collaboration needed to reliably deliver valuable software in rapid iterations.
Recursion Software will showcase Cinergi, a complete multi-language integration development solution for creating SOA/Web services composite applications in Java, .NET and C++.
Softrock Systems will introduce the Compose-N-Play suite of products for business application specification, rapid prototyping and code-generation.
