Apple Computer Co-Founder Steve Wozniak to Deliver UBM Electronics' ESC Silicon Valley Event Keynote Address

SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- UBM Electronics, a UBM company and the daily source of essential business and technical information for the electronics industry's decision makers, today announced that Apple Computer Inc. co-founder and electronics industry visionary Steve Wozniak will deliver the opening keynote speech at ESC Silicon Valley 2011 to be held May 2 - 5 at the McEnery Convention Center, San Jose, California.

About Steve Wozniak

A Silicon Valley icon and philanthropist for more than thirty years, Steve Wozniak has helped shape the computing industry with his design of Apple's first line of products the Apple I and II and influenced the popular Macintosh. In 1976, Wozniak and Steve Jobs founded Apple Computer Inc. with Wozniak's Apple I personal computer.  For his achievements at Apple Computer Inc., Wozniak was awarded the National Medal of Technology, the highest honor bestowed on America's leading innovators.
