CMP Media LLC today announced a strategic alliance with Messe Muenchen GmbH to produce electronicaUSA with the Embedded Systems Conference San Francisco in 2004. The two events will be united to form a unique new event format that will include an exhibition, business events and technical conferences showcasing the latest technologies from all segments of the electronics industry. "Our aim is to create an industry event that facilitates innovation by spotlighting the latest technologies and encouraging meaningful business interaction," said CMP Media Electronics Group President, Jeff Patterson. The first annual electronicaUSA with Embedded Systems Conference San Francisco is scheduled for March 29 -- April 2, 2004 in San Francisco at the Moscone Convention Center.
The event will feature technical conference sessions covering a variety of topic areas including embedded systems and communications design. In addition, a large exhibition will showcase technologies from all segments of the industry organized by product type to help attendees more easily locate products of interest.
