Interop New York Selects Participants for New InteropNet SDN Lab Test Environment

Vendors & Network Experts Team up to Demonstrate SDN Capabilities

SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Interop New York, produced by UBM Tech, today released the complete lineup of vendors participating in the InteropNet SDN Lab. New to Interop, the InteropNet test lab will showcase the capabilities of an SDN-enabled network.  The Lab will be open October 1-2 during Interop New York at the Javits Convention Center. InteropNet SDN Lab engineers have developed a number of live demonstrations to educate attendees on the principles, functions and features of SDN technology and the concepts that could disrupt current network practices.

The InteropNet SDN Lab is open to all attendees. In an effort to continue to enhance educational opportunities, engineers from Big Switch, Telchemy, HP, Interface Masters and Meru Networks will conduct interactive white board sessions. These sessions will take place October 1 and 2 at 11:30 am, 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm on the expo floor.
