Full-day WebRTC Program and New Conference Track Added to 25th Anniversary Schedule

This new track, together with a full day of WebRTC programming and other new program features, aims to help communications professionals understand and leverage the migration from hardware platforms to software within enterprise communications.

Enterprise Connect's all-new conference programming explores the challenge of keeping apps and software-based systems and services running, up-to-date and secure. The new conference track, Communications Software Architectures, will feature five in-depth sessions on middleware, interoperability, app development platforms, systems integration, and communications-enabled business processes. New additions to the General Session lineup include:

  • During EC Summit: Life in a Cloud-Based, Software-Intensive Future on Wednesday, March 18, 9:15 – 10:00, a panel will analyze how the combination of the Cloud and the migration to software-intensive architectures will impact the options – and career paths – for communications and IT professionals.
  • EC Summit: Managing in a Software-Intensive World will analyze best practices in operations and management, and provide a framework for coping with the new reality in communications and collaboration. The session will take place on Thursday, March 19, 9:00 – 10:00 am.
