Communications & Collaboration 2021
In addition to the Keynotes, Enterprise Connect announces that it will once again devote a day-long track of conference sessions to the changing environment for strategic decision-making in enterprise communications. This year's program, to be called Communications & Collaboration 2021, takes place on Monday, March 12, and follows on a highly successful version of this conference-within-a-conference launched last year at Enterprise Connect 2017.

"Our strategic technology track included some of the best-attended sessions at the entire event last year," Krapf said. "Our audience was clearly enthusiastic to learn about how today's changing technology environment is likely to affect their decision-making three years out."

The sessions in this conference-within-a-conference reflect the key technology streams that Enterprise Connect covers: Core Communications/Collaboration; Cloud Communications; Video; Contact Center; and Mobility. Forward-looking experts and industry watchers will head up these sessions, delving into the emerging technologies that promise to shape the next wave of strategic decisions that leading enterprises will have to make in 2021.
