  • Niloofar Howe – SVP and Worldwide Chief Strategy Officer, RSA

Niloofar has more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Before RSA, she was the Chief Strategy officer at Endgame where she was responsible for driving market and product strategy, as well as leading marketing, product management, corporate development and planning. Prior to Endgame, she served as Managing Director of Paladin Capital Group, a $1 billion private equity fund focused on investing in the national security sector. Previously she worked at Zone Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm in Los Angeles, as a consultant with McKinsey & Co. and as a lawyer with O'Melveny & Myers.

  • Jennifer Pahlka – Founder and Executive Director, Code for America

Jennifer is the founder and executive director of Code for America, a national non-profit that aims to make the government work better for the people who need it most. She recently served as the US Deputy Chief Technology Officer in the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, where she architected and helped start the United States Digital Service. She is known for her TED talk, Coding a Better Government, and is the recipient of several awards including MIT's Kevin Lynch Award, the Oxford Internet Institute's Internet and Society Award and the National Democratic Institute's Democracy Award.
