Intelligent Enterprise today announced the results of its 2006 Editors' Choice Awards. In the eighth annual selections, the editors chose 60 companies that provide exceptional vision, technology innovation and customer leadership in attaining strategic objectives with business intelligence, process management, SOA and more.

From this selection of the industry's 60 hottest product and solution providers, the editors named an elite 12, proclaiming them the "Intelligent Enterprise Dozen." This year's dozen are: BEA, Business Objects, Celequest, EMC, Hyperion, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, Progress Software, Savvion, SAS and Teradata (a division of NCR).
