InformationWeek will showcase the most innovative users of business technology at its upcoming conference which kicks off in just 40 days. Last year's top five were Capital One Financial Corp., SC Johnson & Son Inc., Equifax Inc., Eastman Kodak Co. and Calpine Corp. The 2006 conference is being held September 10-13 at the Westin Mission Hills in Rancho Mirage, California.
The 2006 top 100 have been notified and final rankings will be announced at the awards gala with six special categories; the most effective use of emerging technology, most innovative supply chain applications, most innovative example of customer intimacy, most effective use of information security policies, most innovative use of wireless technologies and best contributions to productivity.
The InformationWeek 500 conference and gala awards will recognize and celebrate innovation with three days of workshops, networking and discussion among industry leaders and business technology professionals.
