TelcoTV09 Announces Vision Award Finalists

TelcoTV 2009, the premier meeting place for the convergence of the entertainment and communications markets, has determined the finalists for the 2nd Annual TelcoTV Vision Awards. The 2009 TelcoTV Vision Awards winners will be announced before an audience of ecosystem partners, service providers, analysts, and technology and business press at TelcoTV 2009 on Wednesday, November 11, at 12:30 p.m. EST in Room N220G of the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. The ceremony is preceded by a follow-up study presentation on Pay TV services by Adi Kishore, Senior Analyst, Heavy Reading.
Finalists in each category have demonstrated outstanding leadership and innovation in seven unique categories: Broadband Access Networks, Customer Premises Equipment, Conditional Access, Encoding, Middleware, Test & Measurement, and Service Provider Innovation.
The TelcoTV Vision Awards recognize the most innovative and "visionary" new products, services, or applications announced in the communications industry in the past year.
