TechWeb, formerly CMP, today named 14 Innovation Showcase winners. The Innovation Showcase spotlights innovators in the enterprise software industry. The companies were selected by Sand Hill Group and all of them will make formal presentations at TechWeb's Software 2008 Conference at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas on April 29-30. "The future of enterprise software is determined by a fundamental shift happening in software -- and the Innovation Showcase winners are at the forefront of this shift," said M.R. Rangaswami, Sand Hill Group co-founder and Software 2008 Executive Conference Director. "These esteemed companies understand that the future of the industry relies on leveraging software to cut costs, simplify IT processes and improve business agility to remain competitive.
