VoiceCon Spring 2007, produced by CMP Technology, today announced that due to overwhelming demand, the VoiceCon Next-Gen Contact Centers "Conference-within-a-Conference" will be reconvened. On Monday and Tuesday, March 5 and 6, this series of sessions, speakers and discussion forums will assemble leading call center authorities and early adopters of new IP-based contact center technologies. The sessions will focus on the issues, benefits and challenges associated with the migration from traditional technologies to IP-based contact centers.
