The conference content and exhibitor announcements reflect a significant market transition, as enterprise communications expands beyond voice/telephony to Unified Communications and Software-based architectures. software. Calabrio Quality Management 2.5 includes enhanced graphical
dashboards and knowledge worker support. Calabrio Workforce Management

will also announce a new suite architecture that unifies all customer
interaction and performance management capabilities.
-- Clarus Systems provides integrated management, testing and monitoring
solutions for IP Communication and Contact Center deployments,
upgrades and transformations. The company is pleased to announce the
latest release of ClarusIPC, which offers new business intelligence

-- CyberData introduces its upcoming VoIP Intercom, which operates as a
door entry phone with access control capabilities, or as an emergency
phone with mass notification capabilities. The VoIP Intercom is
capable of two-way communication with a dedicated SIP extension. An
internal DTMF operated relay can activate auxiliary controls.
-- GN, the leader in innovative headset solutions announces a dedicated
Electronic Hook Switch (EHS) for Polycom's SoundPoint® IP desktop
phones. The EHS adapter allows office workers using a GN wireless
